Hiring of Services for Grass Cutting

Scope of Work
The company invites bids for Hiring of Services for Grass Cutting in and Around Chemical Yard, Duliajan and at Various Mud Plants Viz. Mp-7, Shanti Mp, Kathalguri MP etc. along with Disposal of Cut Grass. The scope of work includes the following:-
- Grass Cutting (both) lawn / jungle grass job, sweeping/cleaning of dry tree leaves of the premises, maintenance of lawn, miscellaneous cleaning jobs in all working days etc. over a period of (02) years will be carried out at the following installations.
a) Chemical Yard, Duliajan
b) Mud Plant-7
c) Shanti Mud Plant
d) Kathalguri Mud Plant This contract may be extended by one (01) year at the discretion of the Company.
- The Contractor shall engage local persons for executing the job.
- The contractor shall not engage minor workers below 18 (Eighteen) years of age under any circumstances.
- All removed grass, vegetations etc are to be disposed as soon as possible at a site designated by HeadChemical or his representatives.
- The Contractors representative should report to GM -Chemical's Office daily to enquire his job requirements etc.
- The Contractor should provide necessary gears like Dao, Baskets etc. as required for cutting and disposal of the grass.
- Contractor should provide necessary safety gears to the labours engaged by him at his own cost and will be responsible for safety of labours as well as company's property. All necessary safety precautions to be taken during execution of the job.
- The Contractor must obtain "Entry Permit" from CISF Commandant/ Head-Security of OIL for all his workers to enable them to work inside the installations.
- The Contractor or his representative must report to GM Chemical's office regularly for overall supervision and liaison.
- All employees of the Contractor must obey the security rules of the Company when working inside the declared prohibited areas or otherwise. Any individual found to be objectionable from the security considerations must be replaced by the Contractor.
