Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty= 5 NO, Spares for Pig & Pig Accessories
User Department: Pipe Line Service, Guwahati
Pig, Cleaning, 355.6 MM (OD), BI-Directional
Bi-Di cleaning Pig consisting of 4 Sealing Disc, 2 Guide Discs, 6 Spacer Discs and Carbon Steel body complete in all respects.
The Technical Specifications are as follows:-
01. The Pig shall be designed so as to able to maneuver itself through 3D field bench and shall have the provision of bypass port and shall be plugged with threaded plug.
02. The body of the Pig shall be made of Carbon Steel and the same shall be painted with corrosion resistant epoxy paint.
03. All welding on Pig body shall be as per relevant codes of API Standard.
04. The Pig shall be designed to negotiate restriction in internal diameter up to 15%.
05. The Pig shall be equipped with pulling hook on front portion of Pig body.
06. Sealing Disc & Guide Disc: All Disc shall be manufactured from fresh polyurethane and have shore hardness of Sealing Disc 65 A+/-5, Guide disc 85A+/-5. All polyurethane shall be resistant to Crude Oil /Gasoline.

Bi-Di cleaning Pig consisting of 4 Sealing Disc, 2 Guide Discs, 6 Spacer Discs and Carbon Steel body complete in all respects.

* Item 004 Qty= 6 NO, Brush Assembly, Pencil, 355.6 mm (Od) for Dewaxing as Per Drawing.
* Item 005 Qty= 2 NO, Pig, Polyurethane, 16 ", API Quality
Pigs to be used for Product Pipeline Batching purpose & removal of water etc. The cups without brush must be made of Polyurethane & size 16"must be of API quality.

Pigs cups made of standard Polyurethane 16 "sizes to be used for Product Pipeline Batching purpose & removal of water etc. must be of API quality and must be able to sustain Refinery Product. All Disc shall be manufactured from fresh polyurethane and have shore hardness of Sealing Disc 65 A+/-5.
