Scope of Work
The company invites Tenderer for the Supply of Grease and Oil required for the projects on a rate contract basis for a period of five years, with Seller maintaining stock of the specified materials locally and supplying to the company as and when required as follows: -
- Tenderer must be authorised by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to procure, and supply in the country the OEM parts. Tenderer must have successfully performed a call-off supply contract and have confirmation from previous clients of successful completion of such contract(s). Tenderer must have suitable warehousing and delivery and handling equipment suitable for safely transporting Compressor Spare parts within the company.
- No affiliate of the Tenderer shall be eligible to Tender or participate in a Tender in any capacity whatsoever unless it can be demonstrated that there is not a significant degree of common ownership, influence or control amongst the Tenderer and the affiliate. This may also include Approved Registration requirements with the company or JSRS.
