Scope of Work
The company invites Tenderer for the Supply of Media Monitoring & Analysis Services. The company’s Corporate Communications Services, require the services of a Media Monitoring company. The selected vendor shall monitor key, specific data, which can easily be tailored, across traditional media, online media and social media platforms. The company requires daily media monitoring services monthly, quarterly and annual media reports providing both quantitative and qualitative analyses of external communications activities throughout the year.
Monitoring of print and online, including social media, would include agreeing pre-defined search criteria between the contractor and the company on a regular or project basis.
The Contractor shall provide an online system to the company with the ability to search for key data, relevant news, industry specific content, local and current affairs, competitors and the corporate brand.
The vendor shall provide the company with custom solutions to present the relevant content in the form of newsletters and reports in a concise readable format for email whilst maintaining the company brand identity.
Training and support is also required for the company staff to fully integrate the system. The duration of the contract shall be for 3 years.
