Scope of Work
The company Corporate Communications Services requires the services of an experienced Omani supplier(s) for a three (3) year call off Contract to provide goods to various departments at undefined quantities during the course of the Contract. The company reserves the right to award to more than one supplier if it is deemed prudent.
The company requests the selected supplier(s) to design and develop a website / portal which shall be integrated into its internal intranet. All the company Department Managers shall be provided with access to the website/portal, whereby;
Corporate gifts can be viewed in a catalogue format (and should include agreed details unit cost, branding options, delivery timeframe etc.),
Corporate gifts can be added / refreshed at various stages throughout the Contract period by the supplier,
Corporate gifts shall be selected and ordered by the company Manager,
Delivery address to be inputted by the company Department Manager,
Invoice detailing; the rate, delivery charges, date of delivery and total amounts to be provided online to the Department Manager,
Supplier then packages and delivers the ordered gifts in a timely fashion to the desired location.
