Scope of Work
The company invites bids for Supply of Galvanized Wire (3 MT) and Galvanized Barbed Wire (20MT) from MSE vendors.
The details are as follows:-
* Item 001 Qty= 3000KG, Wire, Galvanised
Size: 0.406 cm. (8 SWG),
Approx. Wt.: 6.90 lb. per 100 Ft. & 10.27 Kg. per 100 Mtrs
* Item 002 Qty= 20000KG, Galvanised Barbed Wire
Wire, Barbed, Galvanised Steel, Coated with zinc, Grade Zn 98, type A(IOWA type), ISI Size, Designation, A-1 IS:278, Nom.dia of Wire : 2.50mm Line wire, 2.00 mm Point wire, weight of completed barbed wire : 125 G/M max. 108 G/M min. distance between two Barbs 75 + 12 mm Tensile strength of line wire : 40 to 60 kgf/mm.sq. Minimum breaking load of completed barbed wire : 375 KGF. Conforming to IS:278-1969, the Barbs shall have four points and shall be tightly around both line wires making together four complete turns, the number of lays between consecutive Barbs shall very between 5 to 7. Wire be marked with ISI certification mark and shall be supplied without metallic/wooden reels. Each reel of Barbed wire shall be wound and fastened compactly, length of the wire per reel should be between 200 mtr. (25 kg per reel) to 400 mtr. (50 kg per reel)
