Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty= 2.00LSM, Supply of materials for Horizontal Anode beds using 6 Nos MMO Anode in single string for location PS3 (Jorhat). Details as under-
- Anode string (Total): 33 m
- Anode tail cable: 5 m
- Anode arrangement: 4 Amp x 6 Nos (Single String)
- Anode current output: 24 A
- Cable: 16 mm2 EPR/CSPE cable
- Anode type: MMO coated titanium anode
- Anode make: ELTECH, USA or TITANOR COMPONENTS LTD., GOA or ORONZID DE NORA S.A
- Calcined Coke Breeze: As required for horizontal anode bed of 30 m active Length of cross section size 30 cm X 30 cm
* Item 002 Qty= 1.00LSM, Supply of materials for Horizontal Anode bed using 12 Nos MMO Anode in single string for location K.M 422 (Jalukbari, Guwahati) Details as under-
- Anode string (Total): 53 m
- Anode tail cable: 5 m
- Anode arrangement: 5 Amp x 12 Nos (Single String)
- Anode current output: 60 A
- Cable: 16 mm2 EPR/CSPE cable
- Anode type: MMO coated titanium anode
- Anode make: ELTECH, USA or TITANOR COMPONENTS LTD., GOA or ORONZID DE NORA S.A
- Calcined Coke Breeze: As required for horizontal anode bed of 50 m active Length of cross section size 30 cm X 30 cm.
* Item 003 Qty= 400.00M, Supply of 35sq mm single core Cu cable ISI Marked 35sq mm single core, stranded, copper, XLPE Insulated ,PVC sheathed (ST2), Armoured (Non Magnetic ) Anode header cable for location PS3 (Jorhat) & K.M 422 (Jalukbari, Guwahati)
* Item 004 Qty= 2.00NO, Supply of Anode Junction Box for PS3 (Jorhat) & K.M 422 (Jalukbari, Guwahati)
* Item 005 Qty= 400.00M, Laying of anode header cable in buried trench, 1 m depth, including Trenching work for cable laying ,Supply of sand & brick, sand filling 15 cm above and 15 cm below cable, brick laying and backfilling of the trench as well as transportation of cables & all other materials including labours as required at location PS3(Jorhat) & K.M 422 (Jalukbari, Guwahati)
* Item 006 Qty= 1LSM, Transportation, Mobilisation ,Complete Installation ,Testing , Commissioning of 2 Nos of Horizontal Shallow Anode Bed, including Jungle cutting and cleaning of area. Making 2 Nos of Anode bed of active length 30 m long at depth of 2m from ground level. Installation of anodes & coke breeze for 2 Nos of 30 m long and cross section size of 30 cm X 30 cm , along with backfilling with Bentonite & Native Soil, Installation/Painting of AJB, cable termination at AJB & TRU etc to make the system complete in all respect.
* Item 007 Qty= 1LSM, Transportation, Mobilisation ,Complete Installation ,Testing , Commissioning of Horizontal Shallow Anode Bed,including Jungle cutting and cleaning of area. Making Anode bed of active length 50 m long at depth of 2m from ground level.Installation of anodes & coke breeze 50 m long and cross section size of 30 cm X 30 cm , along with backfilling with Bentonite & Native Soil,Installation/Painting of AJB, cable termination at AJB & TRU etc to make the system complete in all respect.
