Scope of Work
The company invites bids for Procurement, Installation and Programming of PLC bases and Control Annunciator System for Common Station Panel at Compressor Station, Khera under buy back of existing Panel & Annunciator.
The Scope of Work’s details are as follows:-
(a) Installation of all hard ware related to proposed PLC system.
(b) All cables termination including the cable glands, fittings and accessories required for serial data interfaces as specified else -where in this requisition.
(c) Ferrule of all incoming wiring to panel has to be carried out at both ends as per new scheme.
(d) Software installation in proposed PLC, engineering work station & establish communication between HMI & PLC.
(e) Memory mapping for MODBUS communication for other system such as MX-52 gas controller, capacity controller, flow computer Delta V DCS system etc.
(f) Demonstrate all the features of PLC.
(g) An amicable coordination with Gail Engineer to carry out the mutually agreed testing's as per their procedures for safe & efficient operation of the machines.
(h) Any other jobs, feel necessary for completion of commissioning of the above work.
(i) Service should stay till the completion of the job to be certified by the EIC.
