Scope of Work
The company invites bids to provide a suitable helicopter with crew on hiring basis for air surveillance of the company’s Natural Gas / LPG Pipelines which pass through the state of Delhi, UP, Haryana, MP, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Utarakhand, Keral, Punjab, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh of the country. The pipeline patrolling to be conducted by the helicopter shall be low flying at a height of approx. 500 feet, so as to ensure visibility of Pipeline markers/ ROU for air surveillance purpose. The helicopter can also be used for VIP movements, and sortie to other locations as per the company’s requirement. There will be around 4-5 trips per month, covering all the company pipelines i.e., HVJ/GREP/DVPL/DUPL/DPPL/DBPL/KMPL/SG/DBNPL Pipelines (including spur lines) totaling approx. 10000 Km, Jamnagar-Loni Pipeline approx 1400 Km and Vizag- Secunderabad LPG Pipeline including Lanco- KG Basin Gas P/L totaling approx 1400 Km and any other pipeline/area of the company. The base station for helicopter parking shall be at Baroda.
