Scope of Work
The company invites bids for Hiring of commercial office-space in Varanasi, having area between 4000-6500 Sq. feet limited to maximum 6500 Sq. Ft. , within 25 Kms. from Babatpur Airport towards Varanasi city and situated on Main/Wide roads of Varanasi. The office space should be bare/un-furnished so that GAIL can do interior and furnishing as per the requirement. The premises should be functional and ready to use for office purpose with lift facility and power backup for 24 hrs. Facility for four wheelers and two wheelers parking should be available. The office space is required for a period of four (04) years.
