Supply of Brand New Nitrogen Tyre Inflator

Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Qty= 1 NO, Brand New Nitrogen Tyre Inflator (Nitrogen Generating and Filling Plant) Complete with all accessories, Tools, Fittings, Nitrogen Generator, Air Compressor, Storage Tank, Inflator Unit, etc.
The Unit should broadly meet the following technical specifications:
1. It should be robust unit to meet the needs of all types of tyres from passenger vehicles to heavy OTR tyres.
2. Nitrogen Purity should be minimum 95%.
3. The Inlet Air Pressure should be in the range of 170 to 215 PSI.
4. Suitable Electric driven Air Compressor to run the offered Nitrogen Generating and Filling Plant. Engine driven Air Compressor is not acceptable.
5. The Nitrogen Outlet Pressure should be in the range of 140 to 190 PSI.
6. The Nitrogen Generation Capacity should be approximately 80-140 L/min.
7. Nitrogen Tank Capacity: minimum 200 litres.
8. Measuring Unit and display should be kg/cm2 & PSI.
9. Operating Temperature should be in the range of 0-500C.
10. Power Supply should be 220-250 VAC; Single Phase; 50 Hz.
11. The offered unit should preferably have Air/Nitrogen dual filling system.
12. High precision water/oil separator suitable for heavy pressure.
13. It should preferably have Integrated Vacuum System for removing air out of the tyre before inflating with Nitrogen.
14. Automatic/manual shut-off to save energy after Nitrogen generation.
15. Two Air pressure flexible pipelines with nozzles suiting different vehicles.
16. Preferably capable of filling two tyres simultaneously.
17. It should be provided with large LCD display for easy viewing.
