Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty= 4 NOS, Gate valve, hand wheel operated with gear box, rising stem, bolted bonnet, double disc / slab parallel sliding gate, full opening through conduit design as per figure no. 1&2 illustrated in API 6D specification (latest edition), suitable to pass pigs, scrapers & spheres, for oil field (sweet) services, with back seat arrangement to enable replacing the stuffing box under pressure, with pressure relief fittings and thrust bearing in the yoke for reducing torque, valve tested as per API 6D specification, with locking devices to lock the valve either in full open or in full close position, face to face dimension as per ANSI B- 16.10, RTJ flange ended as per ANSI B-16.5, complete with necessary RTJ companion flanges (Weld Neck), RTJ gasket, Stud & Nuts.

- Material of Construction as follows:
a) Body & Bonnet : Cast carbon Steel (ASTM A-216, Gr. WCB or WCC). The casting must be of radiographic quality.
b) Gate & segment: AISI 410 or 510 SS, Nitrohardened, with HF- 7 (Molybdenum Disulfide coating).
c) Stem: AISI 410 SS with HF-7 (Molybdenum Disulfide coating) / ASTM A182 Gr.6 Fa
d) Seats: AISI 410 SS, Nitrohardened / ASTM A 182 Gr. F 6a with PTFE insert
e) Back Seat Bush: AISI 410 SS.
f) Yoke: ASTM A-216, Gr. WCB or WCC. NI-Resist
g) Gland packing: PTFE/ RPTFE or equivalent packing rings with molded flexible graphite injectable filament.
h) Gland Nut: AISI 410 SS.
i) Bonnet Gasket: AISAI 304 SSl with flexible graphite wounded
j) Bonnet Stud: ASTM A 193 Gr. B7.
k) Bonnet Nut: ASTM A 194 Gr. 2H.
l) Seat Spring: Inconel - X750.
m) Handwheel: Cast Carbon Steel (ASTM A-216 Gr. WCB)
n) Bevel Gear : ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB
