Scope of Work
The company invites bids for ARC for various types of Valves installed at the company Hazira Compressor Station.
Under jurisdiction of Hazira Compressor Station, various types of high pressure valves ranging from 2 inch to 36 inch are installed in the gas inlet and outlet sections, filter separators, metering areas, individual gas turbine compressor unit(s), PIG launcher/receiver area, Ex-Hazira terminals like KRBICHO, ONGCL etc. Online maintenance of valves installed at above locations is to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. For online valve maintenance, the contractor shall carry out, but not limited to, the following activities:
1. Cleaning, greasing, leak testing from stem & other parts of valves,
2. Flushing & injection of sealant as per requirement,
3. Gear box maintenance,
4. Checking of actuator valves oil level & top up as per requirement,
5. Hydraulic operation on close & open,
6. Seat test of ball valve etc.
7. Apart from above, any other job required for trouble free & smooth operation of valves shall be done by the contractor, for which no extra payment shall be applicable.
