Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty=05 NOS, Hydraulically Operated, 3-1/8 Inches X 5000 Psi, Gate Valve having the following minimum specification:
1) 3.1/8" (79.375 MM) x 5000 PSI (351.62 KG/SQ CM) Hydraulically Operated, High Closing Ratio Full Bore Remote Gate Valve (HCR Valve) with Double-Acting Hydraulic Actuators.
2) API 6b Flanged Ends, with Stainless Steel Lined Ring Grooves Inlay Compatible for Rx-35 Ring Joint Gaskets, in Opposite Directions but in the Same Horizontal Plane.
3) Two (02) Numbers ¾" Npt Threaded Connections on Top for Hydraulic Operations.
4) Manufactured & Tested in Accordance with API Spec 6A (Latest Edition) PSL-3, Temperature Class-"U", Material Class-"BB".
5) The Hyraulically Operated Gate Valve Should be Compatible for Operation with Koomey / Wagner / Shaffer / Sara Make Bop Control Units (with Remote Controls) Having A Maximum Operating Pressure Limit of 3000 PSI (210.97 Kg/Sq Cm).
6) Note: Each of the Above Hydraulically Operated Gate Valve (HCR Valve) shall be Complete with the Following–
(i) One (1) Set of Compatible Studs (16 Nos) & Nuts (32 Nos).
(ii) Two (2) Nos of API Ring Joint Gasket RX-35.
* Item 002 Qty=04 NOS, Hydraulically Operated, 3-1/16 Inches X 10000 PSI, Gate Valve having the following minimum specification:
1) 3.1/16" (77.787 MM) x 10000 PSI (703.23 KG/SQ CM) Hydraulically Operated, High Closing Ratio Full Bore Remote Gate Valve (HCR Valve) with Double-Acting Hydraulic Actuators.
2) API 6bx Flanged Ends, With Stainless Steel Lined Ring Grooves Inlay Compatible for Bx-154 Ring Joint Gaskets, In Opposite Directions but in the Same Horizontal Plane.
3) Two (02) Numbers ¾" NPT Threaded Connections on Top for Hydraulic Operations.
4) Manufactured & Tested In Accordance with API Spec 6A (Latest Edition) PSl-3, Temperature Class-"U", Material Class-"BB".
5) The Hyraulically Operated Gate Valve should be Compatible for Operation with Koomey / Wagner / Shaffer / Sara Make Bop Control Units (with Remote Controls) having a Maximum Operating Pressure Limit of 3000 PSI (210.97 Kg/Sq Cm).
