The company is requesting proposals for establishing 5 years call off price agreement without any commitment of quantity and value for supply of:
1- PTW Forms, Certificates, Tags like - Cold Work Permit, Hot Work Permit, Isolation & Deisolation certificates, Blind Location Tags etc.
2- Warehouse Forms & Tags - Stock Amendment Request, Vehicle Entry Permit stickers, Hazard Blind Tag, IIF action card etc.
