Scope of Work
The company invites bids for Supply of Qty=250 Nos, 250W, Integral Light Fitting, HPSV for OIL, Moran. Single piece die-cast aluminium Roadway luminaire, Integral Type, 1x250 W HPSV Lamp with suitable tube. Detail specification and feature is as below:
(1) Housing-Single pice die-cast aluminium alloy LM-6 with aerodynamic contour. (2) Cover-Themoformed methacrylate, UV stabalised acrylic lense with IP65 protection respectively.
(3) Finish-Epoxy powder coated grey after phosphochromate treatment.
(4) Optics-Pot shaped reflect drawn out of high purity aluminium sheet and electrochemically brightened & anodised.
(5) Lamp holder-In ceramics & electrical grade contacts.
(6) Electric Gear-Pre-wired with powder factor improvement capacitor and impulse ignitor for reliable ignition up to terminal block, copper wound ferromagnetic ballast supplied separately be wired as per instruction.
(7) Mounting-Suitable for pole mounting with arm OD of 60mm dia (max.) with the help of 2 bolts. Recommended mounting height of 10-12 mtrs (250W SON).
(8) Electrical-240V AC, 1.32A, E40 Socket lamp, 0.8 pf, 33mF capacitor, 1x250W SON-T lamp.
