Supply of Double Pack Off Flanges

Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of the following items:-
* Item 001 Qty= 4 SET, Double Studded Double Pack-off adapter flange, per API SPEC 6A (Latest Edition), U-AA, PSL-3 with following configuration.
Double Studded Double Pack-off adapter flange for installation over 279.4mm (11")x 352 kg/sq.cm (5000 psi) W.P rated top flange of the casing head spool with design as under:
- Top & Bottom Preparation: 279.4mm (11')x 352 kg/sq.cm (5000 psi) W.P. rated studded & stainless steel or incol 625 lined ring grooved for RX-54 ring joint gasket. Both top & bottom ends should be complete with cadium plated studs & nuts. The flange should be complete with two injection ports for inserting plastic packing & two testing ports (one to open between the pack offs & other open at the bottom annulus area of the flange) facilities complete with requisite port valves and seals installed.
- Pack-off: Double, X-type pack-off, energized by injecting plastic packinks through injection port to seal & pack-off 139.7mm (5.1/2 OD API casing.
- Height: As per API specification 6A but restricted to maximum of 5" 127mm). Accessories for above Flange:
a) Extra Pack of Seals 02 nos.
b) Plastic packing injection gun- 01 No.
c) Set of Plastic packing-02 nos.
* Item 002 Qty= 3 SET, Double Studded Double Pack-off adapter flange,per SPEC 6A (latest Edition)U-AA,PSL-3 with following configuration:
Double Studded Double Pack-off adapter flange for installation over 279.4mm (11")x 704 kg/sq.cm (10000 psi) W.P rated top flange of the casing head spool with design as under:
- Top & Bottom Preparation: 279.4mm (11') x 704 kg/sq.cm (10000 psi) W.P. rated studded & stainless steel or incol 625 lined ring grooved for BX-158 ring joint gasket. Both top & bottom ends should be complete with cadium plated studs & nuts. The flange should be complete with two injection ports for inserting plastic packing & two testing ports (one to open between the pack offs & other open at the bottom annulus area of the flange) facilities complete with requisite port valves and seals installed.
- Pack-off: Double, X-type pack-off, energized by injecting plastic packinks through injection port to seal & pack-off 139.7mm (5.1/2 OD API casing.
- Height: As per API specification 6A but restricted to maximum of 6.25" 159mm).
- Accessories for above flanges:
a) Extra Pack of Seals 02 nos.
b) Plastic packing injection gun-01 No
c) Set of Plastic packing-02 nos.
* Item 003 Qty= 10 SET, Double studded Double Pack-off adapter flange, per API SPEC 6A (Latest Edition), U-AA, PSL-3 with following configuration.
- Top preparation: 11" x 5000 PSI W.P. rated, Studded & grooved for Rx-54 ring joint gasket. Top end should be complete with cadmium plated studs & hexagonal nuts.
- Bottom preparation: 11" x 5000 PSI W.P. rated, Studded & grooved for Rx-54 ring joint gasket. Bottom end should be complete with cadmium plated studs & nuts.
- Pack-off: Double pack off with two molded elastomer P-seals or equivalent energized by inserting plastic packing to pack-off 7" OD API casing.
- Injection and testing port: Flange must have injection ports for injecting plastic packing and a test port for pressure testing purpose (testing port facilities should include requisite port Valves installed)
- Accessories for above flanges:
a) Extra Pack of Seals 02 nos.
b) Plastic packing injection gun-01 No
c) Set of Plastic packing-02 nos.
* Item 004 Qty= 7 SET, Double studded Double Pack off adapter flange per API SPEC 6A (Latest Edition), U-AA, PSL- 3 with following configuration.
- Top preparation: 11" x 10000 PSI W.P. rated, Studded & grooved for BX-158 ring joint gasket. Top end should be complete with cadmium plated studs & hexagonal nuts.
- Bottom preparation: 11" x 10000 PSI W.P. rated, Studded & grooved for BX-158 ring joint gasket. Bottom end should be complete with cadmium plated studs & nuts.
- Pack-off: Double pack off with two molded elastomeric P-seals or equivalent energized by inserting plastic packing to pack-off 7" OD API casing.
- Injection and testing port: Flange must have injection port for injecting plastic packing and a test port for pressure testing purpose (testing port facilities should including requisite port Valves installed)
