Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of Qty= 300 NO, Fire Extinguishers required for various installations at Duliajan, Moran & Manabhum. Specification / Data Sheet for 9.0 Kg. Capacity Portable DCP Fire Extinguisher (Stored Pressure Type).
* The Item Requirements are as follows:-
- Standard Code Conforming to IS 15683: 2006 (latest revisions as on bid due date)
- Marking IS: 15683
- Type Portable Stored Pressure Type
- Fire Rating 34B
- Classification Class B & Class C
* Material of Construction:-
- Body Carbon Steel as per # IS: 513 (latest revision), EDD grade with no vertical weld joint on the body.
- Neck Ring Seamless Mild Steel Tube conforming to IS: 1239 (Part 1) -Latest Revision.
- Valve Assembly SS-316 or Forged Brass as per IS: 6912 grade FLB (Latest Revision)
- Siphon Tubes (Inlet & Outlet) SS-316 or Brass as per IS: 407
- Discharge Nozzle SS-316 or Forged Brass as per IS: 6912 grade FLB (Latest Revision)
- Discharge Hose EPDM Rubber (length 500 mm).
- Wall Mounting Bracket Mild Steel (Powder coated)
- Safety Pin SS-316
- Pressure Gauge / Indicator As per IS: 15683 (latest revision)
