Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the following Services:-
a) Maintenance and support services for existing Microsoft Software.
b) Microsoft Subscription services for existing Microsoft Software.
c) Supply, licensing, and maintenance of the additional Microsoft Software.
d) Provision of Microsoft specialized personnel.
e) Microsoft Premier Services including provision of one (1) dedicated support engineer for Microsoft Operations, Infrastructure Health Checks and Problem Resolution.
f) Provision of Platform Engineer and Microsoft Cloud Support Engineer.
g) Provision of on-site Personnel (Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti).
The Contractor shall promptly rectify software defects that prevent the substantial use of the software in accordance with Microsoft manuals, specification and best practices. The Contractor shall provide the Services as and when and on any location on Site as directed by the Company.
The Contract Period shall be five (5) years from the Date for Commencement,
