Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of valves & fitting.
The instruments to be supplied are as follows: -
- Item 001 Qty=12, valve flanged wedge gate (R.F), rating # 3oo LBS , design to API (600) face to face dimension to ASME/ANSI (B 16.10) ,end to end dimension to ANSI (816.10) , test pressure to API (598) , body is cast carbon steel to ASTM (A - 216 GR WCB) , outside screwed and yoke , bolted bonnet, rising STEM TRIM (11.1t2" -13% CHR )end flange dimension to ANSI (B 16.5 ).
- Item 002 Qty=120, globe valve rattng # (600-800) LBS materal (forged or cast carbon steel to ASTM ( 4105 or a 216 GR WCB) TRIM 13% chrome outside screw and yoke bolted bonnet rising stem socket welding ends to ANSI (B16.11).
- Item 003 Qty=58, valve flanged globe # 150 LBS R.F carbon steel body to ASTM ( a.216 grade WCB) outside screw and yoke bolted, bonnet rising STEM TRIM 11.112-13% CHR flanges drilled to ANSI B-16.5.
- Item 004 Qty=32, globe valve R.F rating # 600 LBS cast carbon steel conforming to ASTM A.216 GR WCB, outside screw and yoke bolted bonnet rising STEM TRIM 11.112-13% CHR flanged ends according to ANSI B-16-5.
- Item 005 Qty=120, check valve ball type rating # 8oo LBS material forging carbon steel to ASTM A -105 TRF m (11 .5 to 13 o/o CHR ) & screwed ends to ANSI (B 1.20.1).
- Item 006 Qty=12, valve flanged wedge gate (# 3oo LBS) large male, the height raised face (R . F) no of large male (R. F =1/4 inch) according to flange facing to ASME/ANSI (B 16.5 ) ,material cast carbon steel body to ASTM ( 4216 GR WCB) , outside screw & yoke bolted bonnet , rising stem , TRIM (11.1/2 - 13% CHR) flanged drilled to ANSI (B16.5).
- Item 007 Qty=120, single _plate wafer -type check valve ,short pattern class #150 LBS,body material cast or forging carbon steel according to ASTM (a 216 GR WCB or A 105), disc material stainless -steel type (304 or 316 or 321 or 410,...) TRIM (11- 13% CR), design & manufacture conforming to (API 6D) ,face to face dimension conforming to (API 6D) flange dimension conforming to ANSI (B 16.5), pressure &temperature ratting conforming to ANSI (B 16.34) ,tested & inspection according to {API 598).
