Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply of Qty= 4 NO, Portable Digital Multi Gas Detector with Pump with Specifications as follows:-
* Measuring Gases: Combustible Gases (LEL), O2, CO & H2S
* Sensors:
- Smart Interchangeable Sensors
- Combustible Sensor: 0-100% LEL in 1% increment
- Oxygen: 0-25% volume in 0.1% increment
- Carbon Monoxide (CO): 0 # 500 ppm in 1 ppm increment
- Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S): 0 # 100 ppm in 0.1 ppm increment
- Response Time: Less than 60 sec
- Sensor life: Minimum 2 years
- Size: Handheld portable
- Weight: Less than 500 gms with Pump
- Operating Temperature Range: 0°C- 50°C
- Operating Humidity Range: 20%-95% non-condensing
- Display/Readout: Backlit Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), giving simultaneous display for all gas channels
- Case Material: Suitable for using in rugged conditions
- Ingress Protection: IP 65 (minimum)
- Sampling Pump: Should have an inbuilt pump with tubing which can draw sample up to minimum 35 feet
- Power Source/Run Time: Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery Pack with minimum 8 hours life with pump
- Charging time: Less than 4 hrs.
- Alarms: Ultra-bright LEDs, Loud audible and vibrating alarm. The alarms should be user configurable.
- Keypad functions: on/off, calibration, configuration etc.
- Approvals: DGMS
* Accessories:
a) Battery Charger (Input 90-240 VAC) - 1 no. for each detector
b) Belt/pocket clip-1 no. for each detector
c) Soft Carrying Case - 3 nos.
d) Hard Carrying Case - 1 no. (The hard carrying case should be suitable for carrying detector with accessories, calibration gas cylinder, calibration kit etc.)
e) Calibration Kit - 1 no.
f) Combination Portable Calibration Gas Cylinder (LEL, O2, CO & H2S)-1 no.
i) Gas Volume: 50 Litre
ii) Pressure: 100 kg/cm2
iii) Stability: 1 year (minimum)
Note:
a) The detector should be supplied with all accessories required for calibration of detector.
b) The calibration gas cylinder should be certified by CCOE.
