Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the Supply of Ball Valves for Auriya-Thulendi-Phulpur Section of Vappl. Seller’s scope shall include:
(a) Manufacturing of Ball Valves for Auriya-Thulendiphulpur Section of Vappl as per Material Requisition technical specifications;
(b) Preparation of Quality Assurance / Quality control programme;
(c) Obtaining Owner’s approval;
(d) Arranging Inspection and Testing certification;
(e) Inspection by Purchaser’s/Agency Designated by Purchaser and obtaining Inspection Release Note;
(f) Obtaining dispatch clearance;
(g) Packing; and
(h) Loading on truck/trailer for Indian Bidder / loading on ship at FOB Port of Exit including stowing as applicable for foreign Bidder.
