Procurement of FCBC Charger

Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the supply, testing and Commissioning of FCBC Charger for SV-18. Since FCBC is required for Nickel Cadmium batteries, variation in voltage is not acceptable in any case. PLC Controlled FCBC is required for the site so that some critical alarms and some history log can also be generated. Constant Voltage in Charging (Float Boost) with constant voltage at load simultaneous required.
* The Specifications of Transducer are as follows:-
- Auxiliary Supply: 20 to 70 VDC
- Input Range: As per requirement Volt or mv (Span adjustable of voltage should be from 30 to 70 Volt)
- Output Voltage: 4-20 rnA DC (Isolated 4-20 MA DC-DC Converter Modules) Isolated 4-20 rnA DC-DC Converter Module
* The Technical Details are as follows:-
1. Power supply voltage: 20 V to 70 V DC
2. Linearity and Accuracy: +- 0.5 % Over the entire range
3. Isolation between Input and Output: 2.2 KV

5. Load driving Capacity: Up to 600 Ohm

The transducer shall have electrical isolation between Input and Output. The isolation insulation shall with stand 2 KV, 50 Hz for minimum one minute. The accuracy class of the transducer shall be 0.5. The transducer shall be protected against input and output voltage surge. The transducer shall be protected against input and output voltage surge. The transducer shall be suitable for driving up to 600 ohms load impedance located up to 500 meters away and wired with 0.5. mm2 copper conductor cables. The transducer shall be suitable for minimum 125 % continuous over load in input voltage/ Current parameter.
