Scope of Work
The company invites bids for the Cathodic Protection monitoring & maintenance of BCPL Pipelines for a period of 2 years from Lepetkata to Duliajan, Lepetkata to Lakwa and other pipelines in and around Lepetkata.
Jurisdiction of the scope including SV Stations along the pipelines. Contractor has to deploy the adequate experience persons and shall be supervised by Certified CP Engineer from NACE International (India Section) or Diploma Engineer with Minimum 3 Year Experience in similar field.
The contractor will establish his maintenance base / office at convenient location. Contractor's representative with vehicles, tools, tackles and measuring instruments shall be available on all the days for the entire period of contract at above maintenance base.
Contractor has to provide Mobile Phone to his site Supervisor / representative and nos. is to be communicated to BCPL representatives. Inspection of the works executed under the scope of this contract shall be subject to the inspection of the Engineer-in-charge or his representative including third party inspection agency. The payments to third party inspection agency for inspection services provided shall be made by BCPL whereas it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide access to inspection of work on stage wise basis and also as and when required including making arrangements for the test/measurement tools in working condition and facility for their due calibration as and when called for. Contractor shall extend the facility of transportation for the inspector to the work site.
