Scope of Work
The company announces its need for provision of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) with associated equipment & services.
The successful bidders shall be required to provide a complete set of ESP units on rental basis for 2-Yrs primary period of lease for each of ESP units starting from the date of commission of the ESP units with a provision of extension of lease period, such as:
1) Designing the ESP equipment & components based on the well’s parameters and potential;
2) Manufacturing & testing at works, shipment to Halfaya, custom clearance& storage at bidder’s own storage yard in Halfaya, bidder equipment mobilization and demobilization between bidder yards and well sites;
3) Installation of the downhole ESP unit and surface equipment (Well Head, VSD, Junction Box, Power Cable & Transformers) as per well candidate and well data provided by PCH;
4) ESP sets, Well Heads, and all associated equipment shall be on rental basis;
5) Monitoring and reporting the ESP unit performance;
6) Operation of the rental ESP equipment;
7) Performing trouble shooting and analysis for the underperforming ESP unit;
8) Conducting the required maintenance for the down hole and surface equipment;
9) Personnel services;
10) Consulting services;
11) Number of Gensets will be considered in case of the overhead power transmission line not ready;
12) 50% of the ESP for oil producers will be installed with ESP packers;
13) The ESP units shall be ordered on batches based on the field requirements.
