Scope of Work
The company invites only companies which are specialized in Engineering, fabricating of offshore topside modules and executing offshore oil fields projects (including offshore transportation, heavy lift, and installation) to submit their complete prequalification documents, for evaluation and preparation of bidders list intends to issue a Call for Tender for detailed Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Transportation, Installation (EPSTI) of offshore produced oily water treatment/ process unit and separation & dehydration facilities on the Floating Production Storage Offloading (FPSO) (Farwah).
The scope of work includes but not limited to:
- Detailed engineering based on basic engineering deliverable supplied by MOO.
- Definition, Expediting and procurement of materials.
- Workshop fabrication of piping spools and steel structures.
- Onshore pre-assembly of modules, installation, structural steel, piping, electrical and instrumentation works.
- Load-out, sea-transportation and installation on FPSO (Farwah) of modules and other materials, including, provision of all necessary equipment (cranes, barges and vessels etc.) necessary for the offshore installation works
- All necessary offshore works on FPSO (Farwah) including piping and E&I Tieins works plus all structural modifications of existing FPSO deck structure.
- Pre-commissioning and assistance to Commissioning activities.
