Scope of Work
The company invites interested and reputable prequalified contractors for provision of general maintenance services for the OML 100 production complex. These services are expected to commence during the Q1 of 2017. The expected duration of the Services is two (2) years plus one optional extension period of one (1) year. The facilities to be maintained through the said services are the platforms and flare tripods associated to the OML100 field production complex.
The following services are to be provided by the Contractor who shall also have competencies in the domains stated here further
- Contractor should be able to provide Maintenance services for the operation of the OML100 field complex. These services consist in preparing, executing, managing and reporting the Maintenance Activities (including routine, non routine, corresponding repair works, hot spare and specific tools management and CMMS data entry) for the whole complex.
- High level Operations, Maintenance and Inspection knowledge, practices and experiences are required in the more recent Oil and Gas Offshore equipment.
- Mechanical, Instrument, HVAC and Electrical competencies are especially requested for the Maintenance of following equipment families: distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, instrumentation, metering, generators, electrical distribution, electrical motors, pumps, gas turbines, centrifugal and screw gas compressors, gas and diesel engines, vessels, piping, structure, corrosion, integrity classification, buildings, HVAC.
- Operation of the production facilities is excluded from the scope of works and remains under the responsibility of the company.
