Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Specialized NDT Services. The contractor shall provide qualified and experienced Specialized NDT Inspectors who are competent enough to conduct inspections and follow up activities during plant shutdown in accordance with the applicable company regulations, standards, procedures and International codes and standard requirements. The SPECIALIZED NDT jobs shall be carried out by ASNT Level-II or equivalent qualified personnel under the supervision of ASNT Level-III or equivalent qualified inspector. Contractor shall have minimum 10 years’ experience in specialized NDT (Eddy Current, IRIS, RFET, MFL, In-Situ Metallography) inspection services. Also they should have participated in minimum 5 major shutdown inspections at Refinery and petrochemical industries. Contractor should be capable of mobilizing 5-7 crews (including all specialized NDT methods) for approximately 20-25 days. Some of the crews may also need to work during night shift.
