Scope of Work
The company announces its need for building maintenance & civil works at New Ahmadi Hospital.
The Services shall comprise routine building maintenance, corrective and preventive maintenance, measured works, modifications, renovations and enhancement works, supply of manpower and equipment and materials needed for the Works which could be reasonably deemed as necessary and all as more particularly described in the Contract. The works shall be carried out within New Ahmadi Hospital premises including Residential Buildings, and all related facilities, Substations, Generator rooms, Plant rooms, Chilled Water Plant, Equipment Rooms, Waste Management Building Sewage Pumping Station, Offices, Workshops, Stores, Car shelters, Pavements, Helipads, Play Grounds, Recreational Areas, Company Site Offices, Contractor’s Site Offices, Port-a-cabins, Workshops and all Stores (Company’s and Contractors’), New Office Building for Ahmadi Hospital Maintenance Team, and Compound walls. The Scope of work also includes the provision of additional building maintenance staff, as and when required to maintain the Ahmadi Hospital and its premises.
