Scope of Work
The company announces for building maintenance and civil works at Ahmadi Hospital.
The Services shall include but shall not be limited to routine building maintenance, corrective and preventive maintenance, measured works, modifications, renovations and enhancement works, supply of manpower and equipment and materials needed for the Works which could be reasonably deemed as necessary and all as more particularly described in the Contract. The works shall be carried out within Ahmadi Hospital premises including Dental Clinic buildings, new Operation Theatre building, new ICU/CCU building,Civil,Electro-Mechanical offices, medical Bulk Storage buildings, new Bio-medical Building, Waste Management Building, Tunnels, Transit Ward building, new PMS building, new GP building, Ambulance Building, Referral Abroad building, Amira Court buildings, Porta-cabins, and any other related facilities, Substations, Generator rooms, Plant rooms, Sewage Pumping Station, Offices, Workshops, Stores, Car shelters, Pavements, Helipads, Compound walls, and other premises. The Scope of work also includes the provision of additional building maintenance staff, as and when required to maintain the New Ahmadi Hospital and Residential Buildings.
