Scope of Work
The company invites interested and reputable contractors with suitable equipment, technical capacity and relevant experience to apply for pre-qualification for consideration to tender for Provision of FSO Unity Permanent Fuel Transfer System- Engineering, Procurement Construction and Installation Contract. The works are planned to be carried out Offshore FSO Unity in OML100 Block, located approximately 90 km offshore Nigeria
These Services are expected to commence at the beginning of 1 st Quarter of 2017. The works are planned to be executed on Lump Sum. It is expected to be awarded to One Contractor. The Scope of Work consists of activities required to be accomplished, which include but not limited to:
(i)Engineering (DE site survey, Preparation of construction drawings and QA/QC documents, HSE documents, Project Management documents etc.).
(ii) Procurement of Bulk material (All consumables, Pipes, Valves, Fittings, Steel structural materials, Paints, PPEs, Instruments, Cables, Cable trays etc).
(iii)Workshop Pre-fabrication works.( Cutting, fitting, welding, NDT, hydro test, blasting & painting and storage).
(iv)Pre-mobilization of equipment (scaffold materials, Welding Machines, Bending Machines, compressors, painting and blasting equipment).
(v)Mobilization of materials, equipment & personnel from Contractor yard to FSO Unity.
(vi)Offshore Site works; ( Installation of Piping, Structures, E&I; Hook Up, Cutting, fitting, welding, NDT, hydro test, blasting & painting, wiring/cabling, interconnection and termination works). Manpower aid to Marine Scope installations, Precommissioning and Assistance to Commissioning).
(vii)De-mobilization (Rehabilitate site, Prepare equipment / materials for de-mob.
(viii) Prepare As-Built documents and close out report.
