Scope of Work
The company requires contractor to provide Engineering Measurement Services by way of technical support to implement the measurement guidelines in JVs, EPSA/ DPSAs and QP locations.
1. The Scope of Services shall comprise of routine Services (Defined Scope)and non routine services on Call off basis. Release Orders shall be issued for the call off component of the Services i.e. non routine SERVICES.
2. contractor shall provide professional expertise and technical advices on measurement activities with suitably qualified and experienced contractor PERSONNEL, as per the minimum requirement stipulated in Clause 4 herein.
3. contractor shall perform the SERVICES by carrying out the activities in the measurement systems installed at locations indicated in Clause 2 herein. A Measurement System is defined as"A Measurement System consists of an assembly of primary elements, secondary devices, sampling systems, analyzers and flow computers, which together serve to provide a measure of the quantity and quality of a product related to royalty, fiscal/custody transfer and allocation process"
4.contractor shall use the standards and guidelines.
