Scope of Work
The company invites interested and prequalified companies for this tender opportunity for the provision of Call-Out Contracts for Electrical and Instrumentation Services. The proposed contract shall be awarded as a call-out contract with a 3-year primary term with an optional 1-year extension.
The scope of works consist of engineering design, design validation, procurement of equipment and materials, construction, fabrication, installation, integration, testing and commissioning, provision of as-built drawings/documentation and decommissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in the various CNL facilities. This shall include but not limited to:
A. Carry out site survey
B. Detailed Engineering based on Conceptual or Front End Engineering Design by CNL.
C. Procurement and installation of electrical, instrumentation and control items
D. Installation of fire and gas protection systems, lightning protection system
E. Upgrade of measurement, safety and control systems which include but not limited to: PLC, DCS Upgrades, Control Systems upgrades on Packaged Equipment (Generators, Compressors, Pumps etc.), SCADA Systems
F. Design and installation of metering systems
G. Design and installation of pipeline leak detection system
H. Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
I. Decommissioning activities
