Provision of Waste Mud & Cuttings Disposal Service

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for provision of waste mud (remark: water base and mixed with 8 percent of crude oil) and cuttings disposal services for 2+1 years (about 55 wells).
Scope of work:
1- Provide personnel requirement of waste mud disposal engineer staffs and local labors.
2- Provide two fixed years (about 55 horizontal wells by 6 drilling rigs + 84 workover operation wells by 5 workover rigs).
3- Provide related qualified professional equipment at their own cost and execute within AL Waha camp as the industrial standards of Iraqi Ministry of Oil & Ministry of Environmental Protection.
4- Provide related chemical materials with the transportation to Ahdeb oilfield in Iraq, including long-distance sea transportation, Iraq custom clearance, Iraq land transportation etc.
5- The service contractor shall undertake the construction of operation workshop, accommodation camp and related basic facilities in AL Waha camp.
6- No charge for mobilization and demobilization of equipment, material and staff between the origin of the country and Al-Waha Ahdeb oilfield.
7- The service contractor shall provide the diesel consumed for waste mud disposal service.
8- The total waste mud & cuttings:
1), For drilling operation, the process is waste mud and cuttings for 6 drilling rigs with about 55 wells within 2 years;
2), For workover operation, the process is waste liquid for 4-5 workover rigs with about 84 well/times within 2 years.
9- According to Iraqi Laws, the bidding winner should afford the fees for public announcement.
