Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of PMC Service Project.
PMC Service, including service for surface engineering construction and production & maintenance technical service, two years of service and one year extension.
To seek a contractor who have proven track record worldwide and can carry out the oil field surface facilities project management consultant service include the project planning, cost estimate, quality control, process study, conceptual engineering, supervision of basic design, detailed design and EPC bid evaluation and supervision of procurement and construction etc and especially experienced in Iraq and in field of Heavy Crude and High Pressure Gas gathering and processing.
The Project Management Consultant Service (PMC) Contractor(s) is required to perform the flowing works. The Services will be done in Service Contract and on project-by-project basis as approved by Al Waha Petroleum Co., Ltd. The Project Management Consultant Service should include but not limited to:
Reviewing of Engineering proposals and detail design
- Supervise the EPC Contractors for quality, progress,
- Supervise the pre-commissioning, commissioning and test run
- Assist in the project handover and close out each project.
