Scope of Work
The company announces its need for provision of Production Facilities Operation and the Related Services in CPF excluded GPS and WPS Project.
Contractor shall provide one firm and one optional years various Specialized Personnel and support services to carry-out SERVICE and endeavor to, using the knowledge and experience available with them and the best of the personnel at site, operate the existing facilities including FSF, OPS, PP, LAB. ERT, IC and AC, in good conditions for efficient and safe and in accordance with good oilfield production practice.
For the sake of crude production, the provided service is finely subdivided into seven different functional operation sections. They are as listed below:
· Field Surface Facilities Section,
· Oil Processing System Section,
· Power Plant Section,
· Field Laboratory,
· Emergency repair team,
· Inspection and test center,
· Anti-corrosion center.
The FSF, OPS, PP, LAB. ERT, IC and ACAhdeb oilfield, were equipped with various types of apparatusequipment and machineries such as:
· Storage Tank of different capacities,
· Pressure Vessels of different purpose,
· Various types of Rotary Machineries,
· Various type of Stationary Equipment and System,
· Power Generators,
· Power Transmission Lines,
· Oil and Water Pipelines,
· Laboratory Instruments.
The daily production of crude is136,000 barrels.
