Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Production Facilities Maintenance, Repair and the Related Services Project.
Contractor shall provide one firm and one optional years various Specialized Personnel and support services to carry-out SERVICE and endeavor to, using the knowledge and experience available with them and the best of the personnel at site, operate the existing facilities including WS2 in good conditions for efficient and safe and in accordance with good oilfield production practice.
For the sake of crude production, PO Department is finely subdivided into six different functional operation sections. They are as listed below:
· Oil Processing System Section,
· Gas Processing System Section,
· Water Processing System Section,
· Field Surface Facilities Section,
· Power Plant Section,
· Field Laboratory,
Ahdeb CPF, of area about 1 km2, was equipped with various types of equipment and machineries such as:
· Storage Tank of different capacities,
· Pressure Vessels of different purpose,
· Various types of Rotary Machineries,
· Various type of Stationary Equipment and System,
· Power Generators,
· Power Transmission Lines,
· Oil and Water Pipelines,
· Laboratory Instruments.
The daily productions of crude, natural gas, LPG and sulfur are 136,000 barrels, 2.42 million standard m3, 370 m3and 20 tons respectively.
WS2, which is about 48 km from the CPF, was also equipment with quantities of vessels, pumps & generators.
