Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC of workshop modification and other miscellaneous works.
1. Modification of existing GRP Mechanical Workshop
1.1 Replacement and modification of existing roof of GRP Mechanical Workshop with new dust proof roofing system.
1.2 Replacement and modification of existing workshop and welding area to new Mechanical Workshop-1 and Mechanical Workshop-2.
1.3 Replacement and modification of existing pallet storage area to new Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical Yard.
1.4 Replacement of existing ceiling at ground floor and mezzanine floor.
1.5 Associated electrical, mechanical, loss prevention, and HVAC works.
2. Foul Water Tank and Piping for GRP
2.1 5,000 USG Underground Glass Reinforced Plastic holding tank.
2.2 Underground sewerage piping.
2.3 Interlocking brick on top of holding tank
2.4 Steel bollards surround the holding tank
3. Repair of Piperack Fireproofing in GRP.
