Scope of Work
The company announces its need for New Office Building II at Berham Court -Ahmadi.
The Works comprise the provision of the materials hereinafter specified and all the necessary labour, plant and equipment for the demolishing and cart away of existing structures, walkways, drainage system and manholes and New Office Building II at Berham Court - Ahmadi, landscaping and walkways, as clearly shown in the relevant drawings, complete with all necessary civil, roads, drainage, lighting, air-conditioning, furniture, equipment, telecommunications, control, audio-visual and fire fighting facilities works all in accordance with and as directed by Superintendent of the Contract and other associated works which could reasonably be deemed necessary to provide the user with complete, proven and operable facilities, and as more particularly described in the Technical Specification and Drawings referred to herein, all in accordance with the Contract.
