Scope of Work
The company requires the supply of:
a) Polyethylene Lined Steel Open Top Drums – U.N. Spec
• Steel drum, open top, with leak proof quick closing lids, internal Lining of Polyethylene, Fully Removable Top Cover with gasket and Closing Ring Galvanized Tension Ring with Lock & locking lever,
• Capacity of the Drums is 210 Liters
• Externally painted in Black color.
• UN Marking: UN 1A2/Y198/S/15/NL/GEF 3266
• The drums shall have quick closing lid with lever locking ring, gasket & seal.
• Steel Thickness (Body): 0.8MM, Top & Bottom: 0.8MM
• External Surface, Painted with one Coat of storing enamel and painted in Black Color
• Internal Surface, Polyethylene lined
• Top & Bottom Seam: Triple Seamed
• Body Seam: Electrically Welded
• Year of Manufacture must be 2016
• Total estimated quantity is approx. 300 Nos. of Drums
b) Polyethylene Lined Steel Open Top Drums – Non U.N. Spec
• Steel drum, open top, with leak proof quick closing lids, with gasket and locking lever.
• 210 Liters capacity internally plain new steel open top drum with corrugation (on top & bottom portion of the body) in 0.8mm thick, externally painted in dark blue/green color.
• The drums shall have quick closing lid with lever locking ring, gasket & seal.
• Year of Manufacture must be 2016
• Total estimated quantity is approx. 3,000 Nos. of Drums
c) Wooden Pallets for Drums
• Standard wooden pallets suitable capacity to transport 04Nos. 210 Liters Steel drums on one pallet.
• Total estimated quantity is approx. 1,000 Nos.
d) Jumbo Bags
• Standard jumbo bags capacity of 1 Ton with polyethylene liner.
• Top Filling Spout with Tie String, Bag Size: 90x90x120 cm, 4 Loops at Cross Corner, For Packing 1000 kg.
• Year of Manufacture must be 2016
• Total estimated quantity is approx. 300 Nos.
