Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of PMC Services for CPF3, PP3 and GPP. The Scope of Work for Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for CPF3, PP3 and GPP shall cover in brief as follows, but is not limited to:
1. Managing and Supervising the basic design and detailed engineering design, construction and commissioning activities includes QA/QC and HSE.
2. Supervise and assist PCH in managing all the Interface Engineering & Construction activities with existing facilities, upgrade and improvement related projects.
3. Assisting PCH in overall coordination for vendor representative presence/assistance during commissioning activities of critical equipment at site.
