Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for leasing new office space at west bay area (long term).
The company invites proposals directly from the Land lords/owners for the leasing of Office space tower with minimum total usable net area of 15,000 M2 approximately in West Bay area. The Building/ premises shall be in "fully fitted" condition and must be completed by and ready for handover by 01/06/2017. Initial lease period will be for five (5) years which shall be extended on yearly basis.
