Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Anti-corrosion Inspection, Test and Related Service Project.
Contractor shall provide technical support, corrosion monitoring and anti-corrosion system maintenance service for Company. Contractor shall although provide enough specialized and practiced staff to work on site as required by Company. Contractor shall perform all activities associated with the provision of corrosion control services in accordance with the Agreement. Services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective and efficient manner and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Detailed work includes but not limited as listed below:
(1) Corrosion mechanism studies as required by Company;
(2) Laboratory analysis as necessary to conduct corrosion studies
(3) Complete operation and maintenance services for Existing corrosion control systems.
(4) Daily corrosion monitoring and inspection.
(5) Analysis for corrosion failure cases.
(6) Technical support for purchasing anti-corrosion related equipment and materials.
(7) Recommendation of appropriate corrosion control measures for specified production system;
(8) Development of specifications for the supply and installation of corrosion control systems and materials for production system if necessary;
(9) Preparation of corrosion control design reports with supporting calculations;
(10) Provide semi - annual report and annually report to evaluate the existing corrosion control systems and provide suggestions for the work plan;
(11) Collect and collate documents and standards with respect to corrosion protection.
