Scope of Work:
Replacement/refurbishment of exchangers at Fahahil stripping plant (FSP) within Dukhan fields on call-off basis for period of four (4) calendar years.
The brief scope of services are given below:
1- Replacement/refurbishment of Propane condensers E-1108 A and B and Intercoolers E-1101 A and B.
2- Cleaning and Hydro testing of fixed tube exchangers E-1102 A and B and E-1103 A and B.
3- Cleaning and Hydro testing of tubes and shell Lean/Rich Glycol Exchangers E-1106 and E-1116.
4- Miscellaneous works such as piping, dismantling/re-installation of valves, exchanger re-tubing, equipment internal/external coating and mechanical repairs to the equipment.
