Scope of Work
The company issues tender opportunity to interested and reputable Contractors with suitable equipment and relevant experience for consideration to tender for the Provision of ROV services for its operations. The expected duration of this contract is two (2) years plus one (1) year optional extension.
The services shall include the provision of personnel, equipment and materials required for the preparation and operation of all ROV services onboard of mobile drilling unit(s), operating in the WORK SITE as follows:
- One ROV Spread will be located on each of the drilling units
- Optionally, one ROV Spread may be located on a Supply vessel for assistance.
The contractor ROV spread(s) shall meet the minimum COMPANY World Class ROV General specification requirement, as well as the specifications laid out in the ITT Equipment Appendix, and shall be in compliance with the IMCA “Code of Practice” for safe and efficient operation of remotely operated vehicles. Contractor shall provide the “IMCA R006” audit of the ROV systems to company prior to start of Operations.
