Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Maintenance Painting & Scaffolding Works in Ras Laffan industrial City.
Supply all adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools, equipment, installed and consumable materials, services, testing devices and warehousing and each and every item of expense necessary to:
(a) Carryout the various maintenance painting works in RLC including the supply and erection of scaffolding, if required:
1- Painting maintenance in RLC Camp for various tanks and sizes including aeration tanks, clarifier tanks, sludge tanks, contact tanks, equalization tanks, irrigation tanks and potable water tanks.
2- Painting maintenance in various areas within RLC (outside RLC Camp) for transformers package unit substations, distribution panels, fire hydrants, DG set enclosures, DG set fuel tanks, steel street light poles, pump-motor sets, HVAC package units/central split-condenser units & AHUs enclosures, quick release mooring hooks, gratings, miscellaneous steel work, and piping and pipe support.
3- Painting maintenance for buildings in various areas within RLC.
(b) Provide scaffolding within or outside RLC for various Maintenance Works including additional manpower and
(c) Galvanize Mild Steel Chequered plates,
