Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of General Maintenance Services for Production Facilities.
- General welding repair for facilities;
- Tanks, pipe lines, vessels, Exchangers, Equipment and Well pads cleaning, inspection, repair, fabrication, installation and maintenance. Basically all type of jobs to maintain both rotating and static equipment;
- Oil recovery from the ponds back to the system, waste management system and produced water dry out facility;
- Repair and maintain all type of HV, MV& LV switch gear and UPS system maintenance ;
- Repair and replace for HVAC Equipment.
- Repair and calibrate all type of instruments, laboratory and HSSE equipment’s such as fire alarm detectors;
- Overhauling and rewinding of electrical motors;
- Procurement of rotating and static equipment spare parts (only Critical and urgent requirement) on reimbursement basis;
- Engagement of emergency call of OEM for critical equipment within the production facilities on reimbursement basis;
- Renting of Man power, tools, lifting, transportation and cleaning equipment;
- Inspection, NDT and destructive testing through third party and certified personal.
