Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Operation & Maintenance of Instrumentation and Building Management System (BMS) in Ahmadi Township.
The Contractor shall undertake to provide a full and comprehensive operation and maintenance services for Building Management System (BMS), Uninterrupted Power Supply System (UPS), DC Power Supply 110 Volts (Battery Charger), Battery Bank, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, HVAC operation, Gate barriers control system, Bollards & Road Blockers Control System, LED Display Screen, Master Clock, Dimming Control System, Outdoor Digital Time &Temperature System Room Monitoring System (RMS) including installation, modification, repair or replacement to the highest technical and professional standards, utilizing modern diagnostic equipment, tools, instruments, machinery and materials, which shall be within acceptable engineering standards for accuracy, quality and reliability, all as more detailed and described in Technical Specifications herein.
