Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Wellhead & Downhole Repair Services for Drilling operations.
1) Contractor shall provide and maintain all required specialized Contractor Personnel labor, associated services, expertise, supervision, project management, analyses, design, testing, supplying of special pressure activated sealant or WellLock resin or equivalent as applicable, consumable materials, warehousing, offices, temporary facilities, tools, special equipment, repair services, preparing and submitting end of job report, each and every item of expense necessary for carrying out wellhead and downhole leak repair by pressure activated sealant or WellLock resin or equivalent on a Call-Off basis for Onshore and Offshore operations.
2) Contractor shall carryout the following activities, as a minimum to the extent required, in repairing each well: Part I a) Repairing of the well head (tubing and casing hangers) by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations.
b) Repairing of the downhole leaking tubing by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations. c) Repairing of the downhole leaking casing by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations. d) Repairing of the SCSSSV control line leaks by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations.
e) Repairing of Umbilicals and subsea tree components leaks by pressure activated sealant for Offshore operations.
Part II Repairing of the downhole micro-annulus in the cemented annuli by WellLock resin or equivalent for onshore and offshore operations.
3) Contract duration for the Services shall be valid for 03 years, with the option for 5 years from the Effective Date; in addition to 2 calendar months for the initial mobilization and inspection.
