Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Miscellaneous Civil Maintenance and Plumbing Services at Ras Laffan industrial City.
The Scope of Services include miscellaneous civil maintenance and plumbing services on call off basis at Ras Laffan Industrial City, including but not limited to demolishing & alterations, servicing, repairing and/or replacement of defective parts to existing buildings and facilities, installation of plumbing & drainage systems, maintenance of existing systems, construction of manholes, supply and installation of sanitary items, GRP, PVC and HDPE piping works, Water proofing works, Aluminum and Carpentry works and Waste water treatment plant tank cleaning services. The Contract duration shall be sixty (60) months from the Effective Date of the Contract, which includes two (2) months mobilization period.
